A native of Wales who moved to Chicago in the early ‘90s, Jon is best known as a founding member of the UK punk band, the Mekons and the alt-country ensemble, the Waco brothers. In addition to his recorded body of work, and his dynamic live performances on stages and at festivals around the world, Jon is also a respected painter and graphic designer.
